Chef Pietro is passionate about food, music, and life. A dedicated chef, he creates and instructs in the art of Italian cooking. A true renaissance man, Pietro is also a classically trained opera singer. This Florence native brings joy and energy to every experience he offers, and we are happy to host him for a series of limited engagements this winter!

Program for the Evening:
We will begin the evening with a classic Italian aperitif. Next, you will take part in the preparation of each course of the meal. Once the preparations are complete, Chef Pietro will assemble the meal and you will sit for dinner. Each course will be paired with carefully selected wines from Sant’Appiano in Tuscany.

Couples Cooking Experience
Friday, January 26th at 6pm and Saturday, January 27th at 5pm
Want to share the evening with your significant other? In this "choose your own adventure" style evening, six couples will come together to create a five-course Italian dinner! You will take turns, with six people cooking at any given time, while the other six snack, enjoy a glass of wine, or just observe the preparations! At the end of the evening, you will all feast together!

Daytime Cooking Experience with Dinner To Go!
Friday, January 26th at 10:30 am~ This event is fully booked
You will begin the morning by making a batch of fresh pasta. Next, you will take part in the preparation of a homemade ragù and making a classic Italian dessert. While your sauce simmers, you will roll and cut your pasta. Once the preparations are complete, Pietro and Daniele will serve you a light lunch they have prepared for you. When you finish, you will have pasta and ragù, a salad, and dessert to take home for dinner!
